Our Logo

The logo was created by David Palmer, an art teacher from Prestwick in Ayrshire, Scotland. At the centre of the logo is the Chinese symbol for health and longevity. Surrounding it are the four aspects which, according to our research and approach, help maintain vitality. These are self knowlege, your mindset, taoist arts and nutrition.

self knowledge

mindset
taoist arts

nutrition

self knowledge : what do you know about how your body works? How can you get the best out of your mind? On the most personal level, what kind of knowledge is actually worth having?

taoist arts : the practical knowledge you need for running your mind and body in the most effective and efficient way possible. A set of simple breathing and physical exercises that, even in just a few minutes, can quickly defuse stress and tension in your nervous system, balance the emotions and still the mind.

nutrition : nothing influences the function of your body, and hence your vitality, more than your nutritional status. In addition, your brain relies solely on the correct balance of nutrition for its proper function. Optimising your nutrition is therefore the foundation of physical and mental well-being.

mindset : what do you value most in your life? Do your beliefs support your aspirations? What position does maintaining health and vitality occupy in your list of values?
